Ferrari is best known for its excellence, for winning a lot of the F1 races, and for giving us the best of what the latest technology offers, and even thrives to give you a much better choice than just the best of today. They seek for a better solution, for better performance, for better cars than the best the world have. They see to it that the would-be-owners of their cars can have the quality they wanted, the specifications they are looking for.
Ferrari’s forte as we all know is in building great racing cars. For that reason, we see that every car even the GTs have a sporty nature. Innovation is their focus. They don’t stop for what can be seen and can be produced today.
We had seen these over the years. We had seen these as they carried out their F430 model. Inspired by the engineering research team carried out by Ferrari’s very own Gestione Sportiva F1 Racing Division, every innovation we see on the F430 marks a new era for Ferrari cars specialized for the road.
It premiered another whole era of Ferrari V8-engined berlinettas. It marked two of the world firsts for a production car both of which are developed, to give the driver a better handling and driving experience. It proudly presents the electronic differential or the E-Diff developed by Ferrari primarily for its very own F1 cars to get the most of its engine’s torque for boosting traction.
Another great innovation is the manettino dial which is a little commutator switch controlling systems that governs the automobile’s dynamics. It allows you to choose between five settings in ascending order – as it appears on the dial, including the level of performance. These settings are the ICE (very restricted and are advised for very slippery condition, thus its name), the LOW GRIP (ensuring stability both on wet and dry surfaces, thus recommended for surfaces with poor grip), SPORT (the standard setting giving you the best balance between stability and performance, thus very ideal for the open road), RACE (must be used only on the tracks, gear changing is faster to minimize gear shift time), and lastly the CST – set to off – (gives the driver full control over the car’s reactions except for the electronic brake distribution which can’t be overridden.
Being inspired by the Formula 1, this car gives you an ultimate driving performance. Its light compact 4,308 cc engine – which explains for its name – gives out 490 horsepower and 465 Nm torque can undoubtedly let you run from no to a hundred km/h in 4 seconds flat and can even let you go to a top speed of 315 km/h.
Its standard braking system uses carbon-ceramic discs to ensure nonpareil stopping power and giving the driver the feeling of ultimate control over the car even on very arduous situations.
Its grinning face is designed to improve its aerodynamics to allow air flows to enhance cooling and increase the down-force. Down-force is also greatly increased to a maximum of 150 kg by the flat underbody over the rear axle.
Designed by Pinifarina together with Ferrari’s head of Design, F430 is inspired basically by the astonishing engineering research. The Ferrari 156 F1 – driven by Phil Hill on his World Championship title – motivated the F430’s nose giving it its grinning looks. Most of its rear parts though had been stimulated by the Enzo Ferrari.
Ferrari F430 is truly a work of art. What is best about it is that, you can buy one of these in a much discounted price at some dealers offering you pre-owned cheap Ferrari for sale. Why bother with the pre-owned? Because, let’s face it. Most of us are suffering from an economic downturn. And if you really want to have these cars, we suggest you go for the pre-owned ones. It doesn’t matter if it had already accumulated thousands of mileage, as long as it is in proper condition; you are rest assured that this car can give you an outstanding performance.
So, look for a cheap Ferrari F430 for sale now, and give it an extra mileage on the road and experience extreme driving pleasure.
